Among various cooking methods,stir-fry is most popular.In order to keep the original taste of the vegetables,we usually follow the Qingchao method(also called Shengchao)and sautee them in crushed shallot.Qingchao is stir-fry with little or no seasoning.Sauteeing in crushed shallot only adds shallot as seasoning.

Snow pea is an important vegetable in western countries.Qingchao preserves the original flavor of the snow peas.The light taste enjoys a lot of popularity among people.Let’s learn how to cook it today.

20g vegetable oil,5g salt,5g sugar,5g crushed shallot,5g crushed ginger,10g crushed garlic,20g cornstarch-water mixture.

Clean the snow peas,and trim the stelm.

Pour the oil in the pot,heat,then add crushed ginger and shallot.

Place snow peas in the pot when you can smell the aroma of ginger and shallot,and stir-fry.

Add salt,sugar,cornstarch-water mixture and crushed garlic,stir-fry all sides and serve.
