Sauteed Cabbage Cole with Champignon

Do you know that cole is first grown in China?As early as 6000 years ago,we have already grown cole in large areas.

Sauteed cole with champignon is a vegetarian appetizer for all people.People love this dish,not only because of the beautiful color and wonderful taste of the black mushroom and green cole,but also for its rich nutrition.Champignon is famous for nutrition,more plentiful than straw mushrooms,mushrooms,or white mushrooms.

No wonder it enjoys the name”vegetable queen”.Cole has abandunt calcium,iron and vitamin C,etc.

Let us learn this dish which has a long history and rich nutrition.

30g vegetable oil,5g salt,5g sugar,50ml soup or water,20g cornstarch-water mixture.

Clean the cole,and cut it into small pieces.Wash the champignon,keep the small ones,and cut the big ones into two pieces.If it is dried champignon,marinate it in water for 15-20 minutes,then cut when they get soft.

Pour oil in the pot,heat,add the champignons,and stir-fry till you smell the aroma of champignon before adding cole.

Stir-fry quickly,pourn 50ml soup or water,reduce the heat,and let simmer for 1 minute.

Add salt,sugar,cornstarch-water mixture,stir-fry until evenly cooked,and serve.
