Recipe

Ingredients:

200g lean meat omelet

4-5 eggs

Seasoning:

50g vegetable oil,20g sesame oil,5g mashed scallions,5g mashed ginger,15g cooking wine,5g salt,5g sugar,100ml soup(or water),20g wheat flour,30g cornstarch-water mixture.

Directions:

Whip the eggs in a bowl,add 3g salt and use the chopsticks to stir thoroughly.

Wash and slice the pork.Then add the egg white,salt and wheat flour to make a sauce and stir with the sliced meat.
