Recently, the tourist resources in Wuxing get greatly exploited. Many new scenic spots and historical relics are being constructed and explored.

Among them, the most remarkable project in the city proper is Renhuang Park. The park is named after the Mountain Renhuang. Renhuang means “benevolent emperor”. The mountain is located at the central district on the north of Huzhou proper. The park occupies an area of 325.48 hectares including Renhuang Mountain at an elevation of 211.3 meters. The park blended with the mountain, water and urban culture forms a unique sight of city garden. Renhuang Tower(Tower of Benevolent Emperor) stands on the top of Renhuang Mountain. As the commanding elevation, it is the backdrop of the whole park. The tower is a multistory construction with the ancient style at the height of 46.5 meters. It has seven storeys above theground, and one storey under the ground. The total floor space of the tower reaches to 5,855 square meters.

According to the construction plan, the park is divided into the western part and the northern part with different functions that contain sightseeing, recreational activities, body building and cultural creations.

Some sections of the park have been opened to the public at present, some are under the construction, and the northern part is being planned. When the park is wholly finished, it will become the largest park in the city proper.
