pak choi with chilli ginger
1 min readPreparation time 5 minutes Cooking time 5 minutes 1 tablespoon groundnut oil 1/2 red chilli, sliced into rings 1 tablespoon peeled and chopped fresh root ginger large pinch of salt 100 ml 500 g pak choi, leaves separated 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil Heat the oil in a nonstick wok or large frying pan over a high heat until the oil starts to shimmer. Add the chilli, ginger and salt and stir-fry for 15 seconds.
Add the pak choi to the pan and stir-fry for 1 minute, then add the measurement water and continue to cook, stirring, until the pak choiis tender and the water has evaporated.
Toss in the sesame oil and serve immediately.
