INGREDIENTS

50ml chinese red vinegar

2 teaspoons sweetened black vinegar,plus extra if needed

2g peeled fresh root ginger,sliced

1 tablespoon Rehydrated Tapioca Pearls

1.Mix all the ingredients together in a non-reactive bowl
