Calligraphy combining three scripts
1 min readFor this kind of calligraphy,Lanydza is on the top,Tibetan phonetic notation in the middle, and Mongolian is below. It’s hard to write.Only people mastering the three languages can successfully attempt writing it.
Lanydza,Tibetan and Mongolian have an inseparable relationship of origin.Eminent monks and scholars in Tibetan areas studied Mongolian language and characters and went to the Mongolian region to promote Buddhist doctrines. To further understand the profound Buddhist classics, the monks and disciples in the Mongolian region actively studied the Tibetan language to translate Buddhist theories into their own language.
In terms of the artistic characteristics of these three scripts,Lanydza’sdensity is larger,Tibetan’s density is reasonable, and Mongolian is lively and vivid, each of them having its own characteristics.
