Shenjiamen,located in the southeast part of zhoushan Island proper,holds a prime posttion at the center of China’s eastern seaboard. Being a comprehensive port for foreign trade transportation, cagro handing , fishing supply and ferry services, it is ranked as one of the three world, emerging as China’s largest marine fishery catching and product distribution base,offering one-tenth of the nation’s marine products and half of its marketable fish produce.In light of this, you can easily imagine the grand and gripping scene of asands of ships are inching their way back to the ocean’s depths as the city ance. This view can only be enjoyed in summer and autumn when the catching seaseon is in full swing.

The biggest attraction of Shenjiamen is its generous offering of seafood and the best time visit is (summer through autumn). I will not bother recommending upscale on is that you go to Donghe Market for fresh seafood, and to the Mall for Seafood for all sorts of ready-to-eat food, including BBQ squid, squid fullet and crisped croaker,just follow your nose! You can also enjoy seafood at some of you can also enjoy seafood at some of the nationally renowned night stalls which will give you a unique experience,wonderful night views of teh harbour and dishes all at the same time.

Although living happily in China, Shen Qing did not put her father to the back of her mindhowever, and had 570 sculptures of Guanyin statue made and transported to Paekche to help her father regain his sight. Shen Qing’s story has been passed down through the generations.
