Menu Translation

Mapo Tofu was often translated as”bean curd made by a pock-marked woman”,but in fact it is a popular Sichuan cuisine dish consisting of bean curd with spicy minced pork.
Unfortunately, some people may be misled by the translation, and miss this delicious dish.
One of the most terrible dish names is“husband and wife’s lung slice .”It is in fact one of the most popular dishes in Chinese restaurants, and is now translated as“pork lungs in chili sauce.”
