It is famous for the natural scenery, under the snow line and glaciers, mountains are virid, all waters are clear, all lands are green, all peaks are odd, and all waterfalls are flying, so it is called “the first ecological landscape in the Western Regions”by the Japanese and German geologists.
Glaciers Landscape: At present. there are the most spectacular and rare low-latitude mountainous present glaciers of stretching more than ten kilometers in Ayilanishi Snow capped Mountains. The Qikelazi Glacier under the mountain can reach as low as the forest zone of 2, 800m above sea level, and one can reach easily. The Glacier area formed by terrestrial water body ice peak, valley glaciers, ice caves, glacial lakes, hanging cirques, and floating glacier tongues is just a incomparably graceful crystal world Avalanche Landscape: In summer, the snow of hundred meters thick at the top of the steep Qikelazi Glacier will cause huge avalanches under the strong sunlight, and the sound reverberates like thunder. Instantly, the earth shattering avalanche rolls the snow down presenting a splendid sight. As long as the fierce sun is hanging in the sky in summer, there will be an avalanche each noon. some like heavenly maids scattering blossoms. some like a cloud of smoke floating over and some like tides beating the shore. all of which are varied and unpredictable. This rare natural landscape in the Western regions adds boundless glamour to Aoyitake Forest Park.
Waterfall Landscape: There are three waterfall groups on the cliffs at the southern and northern sides of the Qikelazi Glacier The waterfalls are formed by the snow mountain andglacier water. some fall one thousand feet. some like white dragons running to the bottom of the pool, and some like dangling silver curtain hanging on the cliffs The most famous one is the Tuore Waterfall on the north cliff of the glacier which is at the height of about a few hundred meters, falling down from the giant cliff into the pool, like the white silk with magnificent spectacle, and splashes water columns; one can hear it several miles away, andit forms a double-deck waterfall The waterfalls here are seasonal waterfalls. so in winterthe spectacular waterfalls will become sticks of crystal and white giant icicles Under the red Sun, the pearl world decorated with Snow-capped Mountains, glaciers, and icicles is sparkling, forming a fascinating scene of ice sculptures Jade Woman Landscape: There is a rock peak with the very image of a woman standing on the steep mountain in the south of the avilanishi snow-capped mountains which is called Jade Woman Peak. There is such a moving story among the local people: a long time ago, there was a young hunter named Kanjieke going to hunt bears by crossing the Snow capped Mountains, unfortunately he fell into an ice cave. After waiting for a long time, the young wife struggled to climb the mountains braving the cold to find her husband Unexpectedly, a sudden snowstorm came and the woman died of frost and became a stone woman The hunter saw all this in the cave and the indignant warm blood melted the ice cave Soon a waterfall gushed from the ice cave and flew down forming a bead curtain hanging among the mountains; when breeze blows, the bead curtain will become the misty rain, and also like tears sprinkling on the earth, so it is called the Kanjieke Waterfall Apsaras Lake Landscape: On the top of the peak of the apsaras Waterfall, there is a little lake rarely known by people, At an altitude of 3, 800m, named the Apsaras Lake. The area of the lake is about 800m”with the depth of 6m, The water is clear and blue with green waves, and it is the watering place for Mongolian gazelles and argalis; there are snow capped mountains and glaciers not far away, which are the source of the lake. Steep cliffs are on three sides of the lake. it is high in the northwest and low in the southeast and it is difficult to climb. The water fall flows down from the southeast corner of the lake, formin the apsaras Waterfall with a fall of 210m.
Manas Warriors Landscape: Manas Warriors Landscape is located on the side of the Aotungie Main Peak. According to the epic and kirgiz myth, Kirgiz people would bury the warriors died in battle in the mountains and the river shore. They believed that the higher they were buried, the closer to the gods It is said that this place was where gurigiaorao the loyal warrior of Saimaitaiyi (the son of Manas) was buried; he was betrayed by a traitor with his aspirations unrealized, but he chose death before disgrace, and his head gradually extended out of the ground after death and connected with the peak, demonstrating his indomitable spirit to the world.
Fairy Lake: From the north ditch of Aoyitake Forest Park, one walks across the fantastic rock forest. the dense primeval forest is on the south the glacier of 15km long on the west, the grassy alpine meadow on the east and north, and the Fairy Lake is in the middle, surrounded by dense grass and flowers as deep as one’s knees, and there are also yurts and flocks of cattle and sheep of Kirgiz people near the lake. Under the reflection of the faint forest and clouds layer upon layer, the Fairy Lake is quiet, deep and serene According to legend, a maid of the queen mother got tired of life in the heavenly palace, and came down to earth to live beside the lake. thus the lake was named.
