Preparation & cooking time: 10 mins approx.
1 small packet (200g) ready-made fish balls
1 bunch watercress 600ml (1 pint) stock
salt and pepper to taste
a dash of MSG (optional)
finely chopped spring onions to garnish
Cut each fish ball in half; trim and wash the watercress.
Bring the stock to a rolling boil and add the fish balls, return to the boil and cook for 1 minute, adjust the seasonings before adding the watercress. Serve at once with the garnish.
