If the dry tea gradually turns brownand reddish, then the tea must have been stored in the north forat least 2 years. Pu-erh tea fermented for 3-5 years has a faint and pure fragrance. Its tea liquid is a clear light orange, fading after the third or fourth brew. If the tea liquid of the so-called 5-year tea is as red and bright as processed tea, then it may have been stored under special conditions instead of natural envi-ronment.
