Construction of this vital communication line，linking the Fuchi area with Cengang in northwestern Dinghai，started in February 21，2016.

The summer of 2017 saw the opening of”the most beautiful highway in Dinghai”.The4.24km highway connects the Changchun Reservoir with the Nandong area，a signature country tourism destination in Dinghai.
