Mt.Huashan
1 min readHuashan,located just 120 kilometers east of Xi’an,is considered to be one of five sacred mountains in China.It’s well known for the amazing natural scenery and Taoist temples of ancient times.There are 5 peaks in the mountain,among which the most notability 3 are Sunrise Peak,Lotus Flower Peak and Falling Goose Peak.It’simportant to note that Sunrise Peak is a wonderful place for visitors to enjoy abeautiful sunrise,and the name of Lotus Flower Peak originated because of like a beautiful blooming lotus flower.Among the five,the falling Goose Peak is the highest,and the path to its 2,158 summit is approximately vertical,so now iron chains are equipped to protect climbers.The two other are Jade Maiden and Cloud Stand Peak which are less visited by travelers.

Transportation
Special bus departs from the square opposite the Railway Station to the Huashan Mountain every 1 hour.
