1 min readThe land in Xinjiang is fertile with flourishing grasslands, suitable for agriculture, pasture husbandry, and forestry; the unique geographical conditions, climatic conditions, and natural resources have formed three distinct characteristics: oasis agriculture, irrigation agriculture and mechanized agriculture.
The construction of four bases of cotton, grain, fruit, and animal husbandry has been strengthened in recent years; the featured agriculture has more significant advantages. A large number of powerful enterprises and listed companies are actively carrying out the production, processing, and trade of high quality agricultural products and technical services, which accelerate the pace of industrializa of agriculture in Xinjiang.
There is a proverb in Uygur, “gold comes out of the ground and happiness from sweat.”
People of all nationalities have been working hard on the vast land, and have harvested the happiness. The sweet melody resounded in the whole Xinjiang: “oh my beautiful countryside oh my lovely hometown, golden wheat and fragrant rice flowers, the wind blowing appears the cows and sheep, grape fruits are sweet, and coal, iron, gold and silver all over…”
