Recipe
Ingredients:
300g celery
100g cashew
50glily
Seasoning:
20g vegetable oi1,5g salt,5g sugar,5g crushed shallot,20g cornstarch-water mixture.
Clean the celery and cut it into slanted blocks.Choose a small lily,clean.
Pour the oil in the frying pan,put shallot in when oil is hot,fry for a while and put in cashew.Take it out when it becomes golden brown.
Put the celery into the pan,stir for 30 seconds,then put inlily and cashew.
Stir evenly.
Add salt,sugar and cornstarch-water mixture,stir-fry a few times,then serve.
