2 min readThere are two spellings of the characters”Moo Shu”,and people adopted the simpler way.Moo Shu refers to eggs because the shape and color of fried eggs is like the preserved petals of sweet osmanthus,which is called”Moo Shu”.Therefore,the mashed egg is called Moo Shu as well,and the rice fried with eggs is named rice fried with Moo Shu.
Sauteed Sliced Pork,Eggs and Black Fungus is a well-known and well-received home-cooked dish in northern China with pork,egg,black wood mushroom,and day lily as main ingredients.When the disks is done,it has a mixed color of green,yellow,red,white,and black and it tastes soft,tender,refreshing and terrific.
Recipe
Ingredients:
200g pork
2eggs
50g black wood mushrooms,marinating in water for a while.
50g day lily,marinating in water for a while.
Seasoning:
30g vegetable oil,5g sault,5g crushed shallot,5g crushed ginger,5g sugar,
20g cornstarch-water mixture.
Directions:
Cut the pork into slices,toss in the egg with chopsticks.Clean the black wood mushroom and day lily,boil in hot water,and set aside.
Put 20g oil into cooking pot,add crushed shallot and ginger when the oil is hot,put the eggs in as soon as the smell of the hash spreads out,stir-fry the eggs until well done,place in a plate.
Put 10g oil into pot,heat,add pork slices.Put in black wood mushroom,day lily,and cooked egg when the pork is medium well.
Put salt and cornstarch-water mixture and mix them evenly,and then the dish is done.
