Spicy Corn with Hoisin and Cilantro

MAKES 6 SERVINGS
3 cups frozen yellow corn
1⁄4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 1⁄2 tablespoons canola oil
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1⁄4 to 1⁄2 teaspoon Chinese chili paste
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Cook the corn according to package directions; drain and transfer to a medium bowl. Add the remaining ingredients, tossing well to thoroughly combine. Serve warm or at room temperature.
