The Olympic Theme Park，which was inaugurated in Beijing in July 3，2008，is located in the North Fourth Ring Road in Chaoyang district.It covers an area of 1085 hectares，among which the national sports center covers an area of 405 hectares.
2.The National Stadium
It covers a construction area of 258，000 square meters with a seating capacity of 9，100 people，including 20，000 makeshift seats.It is the main stadium of the 29 th Summer Olympic Games，where major activities and competitions such as the opening and closing ceremonies，track and field events and men’s football final have successfully been held.
3.the National Swimming Center
The Water Cube，with a construction area of nearly 80，000 square meters，isdesigned to accommodate 17，000 people.It is the biggest membrane construction in the world，which the only venue approved by Beijing Olympic Committee to be built with donations from compatriots of Hong Kong，Macao and Taiwan and overseas Chinese.
4.The National Indoor Stadium
The National Indoor Stadium covers an area of 80，900 square meters and can be used for sports competition，such as Artistic Gymnastics，Trampolines，and Handball during the Olympic Games；it also can be used for cultural and entertaining purposes，and will serve as a multi-functional exercise center for local residents.
5.Exquisite Pagoda
This Exquisite Pagodadois located in the center of the Olympic Theme Park.It mainly serves as the television transmission tower.There are all together 7 layers，among which the ground is rest-hall，2-6 are for television transmission and the top is for sightseeing.
