Tonghushala Waterfall is located in the deep Tianshan Mountains at the junction of the southeast of Tekes County in Kazak Autonomous Prefecture of lli and Bayinbuluke. The waterfall is 7m wide on the upper part with a fall of over 30m, and a piece of wonderful forest symphonic music is formed by the loudness of rushing water and the soughing of the pines waves. The sunshine spreads on the water mists raised by the waterfall, forming the beautiful and hazy rainbow, which is really a splendid sight. The surrounded environment is quiet with beautiful scenery, pines and cypress trees are flourishing, and the flowers blooming like a piece of brocade, as if a fairyland.
Fiery Dragon Cave
The fiery dragon cave is located in the western mountain of Iron Plant Ditch of 19 km northwest of Yining, and the geothermic energy is abundant and there is hot-gas spraying out of ground throughout the year because of the spontaneous combustion of the underground coal field. The hot gas contains sulfur, alum, crystal and other minerals, which can treat skin diseases, rheumatoid arthritis and other chronic diseases. people dig caves inthe places where the gas sprays out to treat illness and diseases by bathing in the heat, and such a cave is commonly known as the”Fiery Dragon Cave”. The Bayandai Fiery Dragon Cave Hospital established in 1972 is the first hospital for treating diseases with terrestrial heat in Xinjiang. In the therapy zone, the hospital buildings have been built where the caves are located, and categorized according to the characteristics and functions of the hot gas, regarding what kind of indications they can be applied for the treatment respectively.
