INGREDIENTS
5 tablespoons cumin seeds
5 tablespoons chilli flakes
3 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 tablespoon ground toasted Sichuan peppercorns
1 tablespoon ground ginger
11/2 teaspoons curry powder
11/2 teaspoons salt
1.Place all the ingredients in a spice grinder and grind to a fine powder.Store in an airtight container in a cool,dry place for up to a month
